Green gas production

FARMentor has the potential to produce 2.2 billion cubic meters of green gas per year. With this production, the target of 2 BCM that the EU set for the Netherlands for 2030, is reached and can 1 million Dutch house be provided with green gas for sustainable heating


Hydrogen production

Next to green gas, hydrogen is also be produced on a giga scale. The produced green hydrogen will replaces fossil hydrogen currently used in the industry. The scale of production is is the same as 1 Giga Watt electrolyser

Bio fertilizer

The power house factory produces enough bio fertilizer for all farmers in the Netherlands


The Power House Factory

Location

The Power House Factory is planned to be located at the Maasvlakte in the Rotterdam Harbor. This site offers ample space near industrial facilities to utilize Green Gas, Hydrogen, and CO2 for CCU applications, making it an ideal location for delivering the factory’s products.


Organic feedstock (manure) will be collected throughout the Netherlands, and based on location, it will be transported to the Giga Factory by ship or truck.

The process to green products

Manure is collected and stored at the Giga Factory, where it undergoes fermentation to produce hydrogen, biogas, and glucose. These are transformed into green gas, clean hydrogen, and CO2 for industrial use. The process also yields biofertilizer and clean water, ensuring sustainable, zero-waste production
